Research

The PBC Foundation has launched various research projects including one in conjunction with the British Liver Trust, one funded entirely by the Community Fund (formerly the National Lottery Charities Board) and one funded by money bequeathed by Edgar Ernest of Dorset.

We currently have research in progress due to a grant of £72,000, which has been raised entirely through the generosity of our members, their families and friends.
