Your use of the PBC Foundations’s website URL: http://www.pbcfoundation.org.uk (the ‘site’) must at all times be in full compliance with these terms and conditions (‘Conditions of Use’). Your use of the site indicates your agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Use. Your access to the site from time to time shall be entirely at the discretion of the PBC Foundation.
2 Information you provide
You are asked to provide personal details when completing the registration form to become a member of the PBC Foundation. We can confirm that this information is not held on the website or on the website database. All information will be treated as confidential and we can confirm that your details will not be passed onto a third party under any circumstances.
3 Use of on-line Information
3.1 You are allowed to use the on-line Information, but you must not:

4.3 You must not copy or adapt the HTML code that the PBC Foundation creates to generate the pages of the website as this is also protected by the PBC Foundation's copyright.

4.5 You may not use the website in a way which will infringe the copyright, any trade mark, trade secret or any other intellectual property rights of others or the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others.
