Newly Diagnosed
The PBC Foundation is the only organisation based in the UK that deals specifically with PBC .
Publications
The Foundation, along with its Medical Advisory Board, has written a number of publications to support you in your PBC journey, all of which are available for free once you register with us: either in the log-in part of our website or in our App.
The first is our 80-page booklet, "Living With PBC" which is full of useful information: from medical to self-management. It is a mine of helpful information to answer almost any question you may have about PBC.
We have also written lay versions of the AASLD Guidance and the EASL Guideline for PBC Management. The AASLD document would be for our American friends, whilst the EASL document is for our friends in Europe.
We also publish a magazine every quarter, called "The Bear Facts." This is not included in our App, but can be sent to you, again at no cost to you, either by email or post, as you prefer.
Do make sure you register with us to enjoy the use of these free resources.
