On creation, our primary goal for the PBC Foundation was the provision of free, accurate and up-to-date information for everyone affected by PBC. Our services have grown exponentially over the years, but this remains central to our strategy today and we maintain that our services should be provided free of charge to all. This is simply because people shouldn’t receive support on the basis of their ability to pay.
